Auditioning is a Skill
Audition often and know that you can improve your skills. In fact, You may learn the most from your worst audition. You will likely go through many poor Auditions before you are cast, and you will quickly learn that somethings even great auditions don't get you job.
The best method for dealing with rejection is to remember this: the Audition is the work. Don't be discouraged because you didn't get the part. Instead, be excited because you can attend another Audition tommorow!
