How to be gentle with yourself

★ Cry when you need to
★ Look in the mirror and give yourself a high-five
★ Relax your jaw
★ Rest your body. Take a guilt-free mid day nap
★ Connect with someone you feel safe with
★ Give yourself a hug
★ Put your hand on your belly and take deep breaths
★ Repeat to yourself often: "I choose me."
