1) They assume they'll have an on set rehearsal.

2) They don't ask for information they need ( When their scene is shooting etc.)

3) They post pictures on social media without prior permission.

4) They forget about continuity ( i.e. Which hand you were using to hold your drink.

5) They're too chatting with guest cast (you don't know what kind of internal space they need).
